【摘要】 本文叙述了微波晶体管振荡器的计算机辅助设计方法。该方法利用微波晶体管的负阻特性,考虑了在点频及宽带时几种反馈电路形式,并以电抗补偿形式的变容管调谐为重点,给出了集中参数调谐的振荡器调谐回路设计,并由此制作了x波段的CaAsFET变容管压控振荡器,其实测性能与设计要求接近。更多还原

【Abstract】 A CAD method of microwave transistor oscillator is proposed. The negative resistance property of the microwave transistors and several kinds of feedback circuits for both single and broadband frequency are taken into consideration. Specially, focussing the discussion on the reactance com- pensation varactor tunning VCO, this paper gives the design of lumped element tunning circuit.A X-band GaAsFET VCO from the results of computer optimization have been made.
