直接合金化过程中锰氧化物与钢液的作用
Interaction between Manganese Oxide and Liquid Steel
【摘要】 本文研究了锰矿直接合金化过程中锰氧化物与钢液间的作用。碱度和钢中含硅量是影响还原反应的主要热力学因素,无论是FeSi还是SiC作还原剂,锰的还原速度均处于10-5mol Mn/s·cm2数量级。但SiC的溶入速度对还原过程有影响,反应5~15min基本趋于稳定,SiC作还原剂时,还原反应的表观反应级数开始为1,而后有所升高。
【Abstract】 The interaction between Mn-bearing slag and steel during direct alloying with manganese ore is studied in presernt paper. Basicity and [Si] and/or [C] content are the main factors influencing the reaction. When using FeSi and SiC as reducing agents, the reduction rate of MnO is in 10-5 Mn/s·cm2 order. But the dessolving process of SiC has some effects on the reduction. After about 10 to 15 minutes, [Mn] tends to be stable. The rate order of SiC-MnO reaction is first order, then increases somewhat.
