GPC浓度效应的研究——多分散试样的模型理论同实验的对比

【摘要】 作者研究了多分散聚苯乙烯(PS)试样的浓度效应,并对其谱图同时呈现峰值位移、峰加宽和拖尾效应进行了讨论.以多分散PS和PMMA试样的GPC实验数据验证了我们所提出的多分散试样浓度效应新模型理论。得到了理论与实验符合.从而为用“多分散试样建立绝对单分散标样标定普适标定曲线”提供理论依据.讨论了(dVes/dC)C→0同,A2和分子量分布多分散性的相关性,并证实了从此关系式得到的第二维利系数(A2)同光散射法得到的A2值较吻合.

【Abstract】 A model theory of concentration effects for polydispersed polymers was proposed. It is successful in relating the concentration of injected solution to the effective hydrodynamic volumes of peak, the peak elution volumes and the polydispersity index of hydrodynamic volumes for the polydispersed polymers at a given concentration.@@The dependence of concentration of injected polymers on the effective hydrodynamic volumes, the elution volumes, and the polydispersity index of hydrodynamic volumes for polydispersity PS and PMMA in THF were studied. The proposed theory was verified by the experimental data of polydispersed PS and PMMA These results show that the proposed theory can predict the concentration effects in GPC for polydispersed polymers quantitatively and provide a theoretical foundation for "A New Method for Calibration of Universal Curves of Polydlspersed Pblmers", the second Virial coefficient A2 calcuation from the dependence of elution on concentration by proposed method agrees with that from LS.
