玻璃毛细柱内壁粗糙化的一种改进的氯化钠沉积法
A Modified Sodium Chloride Deposition Method for Surface Roughening of Glass Capillary Columns
【摘要】 将三氯甲烷加入到饱和的氯化钠甲醇溶液中得到的悬浮液通过玻璃毛细柱,氯化钠的微粒沉积在柱内壁上。氯化钠的表面沉积量无论在软质玻璃上还是在硬质玻璃上都大于用氯化氢气体蚀刻方法所产生的氯化钠的量,因而有利于涂渍不同极性的固定液。
【Abstract】 It is found that chlofoform can be used in place of 1, 1, 1-trichloroethane to prepare sodium chloride suspension, as successfully as the method proposed by de Nijs et al, in which a saturated solution of sodium chloride was added to 1,1, 1-trichloroethane. The temperature should be kept not higher than 20℃so as to make the suspension sufficiently stable. With the modified method of preparing sodium chloride suspension, followed by the surface roughening method of glass capillary column similar to that of de Nijs’ and by conventional coating techniques, authors of this paper succeeded in making with ease a series of glass capillary columns coated with various polar stationary phases with high reproducibility and efficiency.
