【Abstract】 Various tissues of Pagumogonimus skrjabini adult worms were observed systematicaHy by histochemical techniques. The substances demonstrated under light microscope were glycogen, acid muco polysaccharides, lipids, alkaline protein, protein bound α-amino groups, DNA, RNA, AKP and ACP. The locations of these substances mentioned above were described in detail. In addition, activity of AKP in the tegument, the musculature and the excretory tubules was observed under electron microscope.The physiological significance of these substances in various organs was discussed respectively.更多还原
