【Abstract】 BsNPV-DNA probe was prepared by nick translation. Dot hybridization was carried out on the nitricellulose membrane with six other insect bacu-loviruses, Buzura thibetaria NPV (BtNPV), Ectropis obliqua hypulina NPV (EoNPV), Chihuo zao Yang NPV(CzNPV), Philosamia cynthia ritina NPV (PcNPV) Eupterote chinensis Leech NPV (EcNPV ) and Pieris rapae GV ( PrGV ) . The results obtained by dot hybridization indicated that BtNPV, EoNPv and CzNPV showed positive reaction and pcNPV, EcNPV and PrGV showed negative reaction with BsNPV-DNA probe.更多还原
