Electronic Structure of AlxSi1-x
【摘要】 本文用VCA和CPA方法计算了AlxSi1-x合金的电子态密度.能带计算采用经验LCAO方法.所得结果与Verges用非晶的Bethe晶格模型的计算结果相符.据我们所知,这是首次尝试用VCA和CPA方法研究非晶体系的电子结构.
【Abstract】 The densities of electronic states for alloy AlSi1-xare calculated by the VCA and CPAmethods.The empirical LCAO method is used to calculate the energy band. The results ob-tained agree well with those given by Verges using random Bethe lattice model.It is believedthat this is the first attempt to investigate electronic structures of amorphous systems by theVCA and CPA methods.
