【摘要】 本文以苯甲酰-DL-精氨酸对硝基苯胺（简称BAPNA）为底物,根据Eriksson的方法加以改良,建立了血清α₁-抗胰蛋白酶抑制活力测定方法并作了一些方法学上的探讨,结果是满意的。用4份血清标本进行重复性测定,其变异系数CV≤4.9％。加入大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂（STC）量在0.15～0.40mg/ml范围内的回收率为94～106％。测定66例正常人血清α₁-抗胰蛋白酶的抑制活力其平均值为1.22mg/ml,SD±0.15mg/ml,与国外文献报导值相近。本方法不仅酶和底物用量少,而且简便、省时、便于在基层实验室推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper a simple method for the determination of a1-antitrypsin inhibitory capacity in human serum with Benzoyl-D, L-arginin-P-nitranilid (BAPNA) as a substrate is described. It has been modified on the basis of Eriksson’s method. The method has proved quite effective. The coefficient of variation of the reproducibility for measurement of 4 human serum samples in 4.9% ( CV ) . The recoveries of the assays after adding 0.15-0.4mg/ml soybean trypsin inhibitor ( STI ) are 94-106%. The mean serum a1-antitrypsin inhibitory capacity in 66 healthy subjects is 1.22 mg/ml, (SD+0.15 mg/ml). The results obtained are similar to those reported in the literatures abroad. The amount of enzyme and substrats used in this method are less than before, and this method is simple, time-saving and easy to spread and apply in the primary laboratory.更多还原
