【摘要】 本文应用SPA-ELISA检测了经吡喹酮治疗前后华支睾吸虫病患者体内特异性抗体水平的变化。治愈患者于治疗后1个月开始下降,但以6月时最明显。未治愈患者在治疗后抗体水平亦有下降,但不如治愈者明显。不同感染度患者治愈后抗体水平均有明显的下降,其下降程度和ELISA阴转率与感染度有一定的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Antibody levels were inspected with SpA-ELISA in patients with clonorchiasis before and after treatment with praziquantel. The principal findings were the following.The antibody levels in the cured patients showed progressive reduction and the reduction was the most obvious 6 months after treatment. The antibody levels in the non-cured patients showed also reduction, but it was not as obvious as that of the formmer. In the patients with different inf ectiosity, the drop of antibody level was markedly present. The extent of the drop and ELISA positive rate have certain Relation to the severity of infection.更多还原
