【摘要】 本文根据蚌埠地区10591人次孕妇的宫底高度、腹围、体重和新生儿体重正常值及标准差的数据、绘制了妊娠图,并结合临床使用情况叙述了用妊娠图了解妊娠全过程,比文字记录更为形象。本文认为,使用妊娠图可以及时发现胎儿的异常,从而得到及时诊治,有效地减少围产儿死亡率,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 B ased on the data of mean and standard deviation for uterine fundus height, abdominal girth a nd body weight of 10 591 gravidas, and newborn’s weight of birth, the gravidogram is plotted. The understanding of all the processes by gravidogram is described in association with situations of the clinical application. This chart is more straigtforward and expressive than written records. It is believed that gravidograms can detect abnormal fetal early, favoring the diagnose and timely treatment and decrease perinatal mortality effectively. It is of some value to generalize this chart.更多还原
