【摘要】 本文报道自1980—1985年我科用桡侧腕短伸肌腱延长术治疗顽固性肱骨外上髁炎52例,50例得到随访,随访时间平均5年。其中47例症状及阳性体征完全消失,余3例后遗症状轻微,并不影响其活动。随访时进行了腕背伸力测量,与健侧对比无明显减弱。本文认为该术是治疗顽固性肱骨外上髁炎的好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 From March 1980 through May 1985, 52 patients with resistant lateral epicondylitis ( 23 males and 29 females ) were treated by lengthening the extensor carpi radialis brevis, their ages ranging from 29 to 62 years with an average age of 44.6 years. The operation was performed as described by Garden. Of 52 patients, 50 were available for an average follow-up of five years, a range of two years to 7 years. Forty-Seven of 50 patients had no symptoms and had normal examination at follow-up. In the 3 remaining patients, the symptoms are mild and do not curtail his activities. A spring balance tenfiomrfcr was used t?measure the muscle power of wrist dorsiflexion for 18 patients. The spring balance tests showed no significant reduction in the power of wrist extension. We report our experience with 52 cases and emphasize their clinical features.更多还原
