甲状腺激素与体液免疫反应的研究(一)——甲亢患者血清IgG-RIA分析
STUDIES OF THYROXINE AND IMMUNE RESPONSE RADIOIMMUNOASSAY FOR SERUM IgG IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERTHYROIDISM
【摘要】 本文用国内新建立的IgG放免分析法,检测了18例健康成人和18例甲亢患者血清IgG水平。根据18次标准曲线的Bo,ED25、ED50、ED75、偏离度、批间,批内的CV%及F检验等参数的分析,表明特异性免疫试剂稳定,标准曲线的各项参数重现性好,批间与批内CV%差异无显著性(F<F0.05)、 本法测定正常血清IgG平均值为12.28±2.82mg/ml,与其他作者报道接近。18例甲亢患者有38.89%血清1gG呈显著性升高(22.17±2.00mg/ml),61.11%患者居正常水平。本文就甲状腺素水平增高(T3:456.43±170ng/dl,T4:25.0±5.4μg/dl)对体液免疫反应的影响,作了简要讨论,并分析了部分甲亢患者血清IgG增高反应的机理,可能继发于体内免疫机能紊乱,具有指导临床治疗意义。但鉴于甲状腺与内分泌器官之间存在着相互联系,尚不能忽视甲状腺素对免疫系统的作用。
【Abstract】 The level of serum IgG was measured by a new pydioimmunoassay, in 18 normal subjects and 18 patients with hyperthyroidism. Based on the parametric analyses of B0 standard curve, ID25,ED50,ED75,bias, within-assay and between-assay coefficient of variation, and F-test, it was shown that the stability of specific immunological reagent and a fine reproducibility in all parameters of the standard curves and, no significant differences in a within-assay and between-assay CV%(F< F0.05) were found. The determination of the mean serum IgG value acco-unieu for 12.28+2.82mg/ml by this RIA method in normal subjects. This results was very close to those reported by other anthers. The serum IgG appeared to have a significantly elevation ( 22.17+2.00mg/ml), with 38.89% of 18 patients with hyperthyroidism abnormal and 66.11% normal level.In this study we discussed the influence of raised thyroid hormones level(T3:456.43+170ng/dl,T4:25.0+5.4ug/dl)on the humoral immune responses and analyse the mechanism of reaction in increased serum IgG level in a part of patients with hyperthyroidism. it is possible secondary to the disorders of immune function in vivo, and the knowledge is of important in clinical practice. Therefore, the effect of thyroid hormones on the immune system can not be neglected in view of the interrelationship between the thyroid and other endocrine organs.
