【摘要】 本文报道我科1982～1985年间行全喉切除一期颈淋巴结清除术9例,其中4例颈淋巴结肿大超过4cm,术后随访1～4年,8例目前仍健在。文中对手术适应症、切口、引流及预防性颈廓清等进行了讨论,认为:(1)切口以“T型”为佳;(2)不主张预防性颈廓清;(3)引流分两个系统,以多孔硅橡胶管下接负压引流瓶为好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The total laryngectomy and the cervical lymphadenectomy at the same time were Performed in 9 cases in our department from 1982 to 1985, Among them were 4 cases with more than 4cm of the lymphadenovarix. The duration of follow-up was from one to,four years. Eight of them are still living and well The present study is converned with operation indications,the cut, the drainage and the Preventive cervical lymphadenec-tomy We regard; (1)The cut correlates well with type.
