【摘要】 研究了不同饲料添加剂对皖南花猪×杜洛克杂种猪产肉性能的影响。结果表明:饲料添加剂对生长肥育猪产肉性能的影响十分明显,13—90千克的生长肥育猪,以添加高铜、铁复合添加剂效果最好,全期平均日增重比对照组高24.42%;而25—90千克期间的日增重则以合饲复合添加剂H—4为最高达712克,超过对照组28.99%。不同添加剂组平均日增瘦肉和脂肪产量有显著差异,但对猪胴体组成无明显影响。本文还研究了不同添加剂对猪肌肉中各种氨基酸和微量元素含量的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted with 30 crossbred pigs derived from Anhui Spotted×Duroc. Treatment additives in diet were provided ad libitum to 6 groups of 5 pigs each. Five additives were LYS-MET (A1), Cu+Fe (A2), Hefei1 (H3), Hefei2(H4), Guangzhou(G5). The result indicated that when pigs weight 13—90 kg the daily gain of A2 was 24.4% higher than that of control group, but when they weight 25—90 kg, daily gain of H4 was 712 g increasing 28.99%. The feed gain of A2 and H4 were lowest (3.14 and 3.25, resp. ). and the daily gain efficiency were higher, The carcass quality of G5 was not as obvious as advertisements say. The effect of additives on average daily gain of lean and fat were significant. The daily gain lean of A2 was 229.02g, 24.52% higher than that of control. Daily gain fat of G5 was 42.01% higher than that of control. There was no effect of additives on carcass composition, and toxicity in muscle was not significant enough to hurt human health. However, fat content was increased and moisture content was decreased in muscle.更多还原
