家蚕数量性状的配合力和遗传力的分析
THE ANALYSIS ON THE COMBINING ABILITY AND HEREDITABILITY OF THE QUANTITATIVE CHARACTERS OF THE SILKWORM, BOMBYX MORI L.
【摘要】 本试验按4×4的“格子方”设计,分析了家蚕的全茧量、茧层量、茧层率、茧丝长、解舒率,解舒丝长、茧丝量、纤度、净度等九个性状配合力的遗传妇成,估算了8个蚕品种在这九项性状上的一般配合力效应和16个杂交组合的特殊配合力效应。并且估算了各性状的广义遗传力、狭义遺传力、平均显性度等遗传参数。试验结果,各性状广义遗传力的大小顺次为:全茧量、茧层量、茧层率、茧丝长、茧丝量、解舒率、解舒丝长、纤度、净度;狭义遗传力的大小顺次为:茧层率、全茧量、茧层量、解舒率、茧丝长、解舒丝长、纤度、茧丝量、净度。
【Abstract】 A 4×4 lattice square design was adopted in the experiment with the sex—limited races of the silkworm, Bombyx mori L.. The genetic compositions and effects of the combining ability among cocoon weight, cocoon—shell weight, cocoon—shell percentage, bave length, reelability percentage, bare weight, reelability bave length, bave zise and neatness were analysed. The genetic parameters of heritability and the mean dominance were est- imated. The results are summarized as follows:1. Based on the hereditary variance of the combining ability, the characters may be divided into two classes:1) characters among which the g. c. a, i, preponderant including reelability percentage, cocoon—shell percentage, cocoon weight, bare size, cocoon—shell weight and bave length;2) character that the s. c a. is preponderant, i. e. bare weight.2. The estimated values of heritability may be arranged in the following order:1) hB2, cocoon weight>cocon—shell weight, cocoon—sheU percentage, bare length>bare weight>reelability percentage>reelability length>bare size>neatness;2) hN2, cocoon—shell percentage>cocoon weight>cocoon—shell weight, reelab- ility percentage, bare lengthreelability have length>bare size>bare welght>neatness3. According to the formula σd2/σa21/2, only bave weight shows overdominance, and all the rest shows partial dominance.
