【摘要】 1974年5月～1984年4月,收治妊娠性滋养细胞肿瘤246例。年龄以25～35岁为最多,有195例发生转移,以肺转移为主。在化疗的同时加用中医中药,依辩证论治的原则,在临床上分为三型,即:气虚血瘀型(盆腔转移);邪毒蕴肺型(肺转移);气血两虚型(广泛转移)。结果证实,服中药组副作用小,病人免疫力强。对青年妇女尽量不作手术,保存生育能力,已有106例再次妊娠,74例正常分娩,且婴儿发育正常。更多还原

【Abstract】 From May, 1974 to April, 1984, 246 cases of malignant trophoblastic tumor were treated in our hospital. The patients were treted by a combination of western method (chemotherapy) and traditonal Chinese medicine. Hysterectomy was avoided as far as possible. Based on the dialectical princples of Chinese traditional medcine, the diseases can be divided into three types clinical] y: 1) deficiency of vital energy and extr avasated bbod, 2) unhealthy environmental and malignant influences in the lung, 3) deficiency of both vital energy and blood. Results have proved that the group using traditional Chinese medicine in combination had excellent effect with a complete recovery rate of 91.47%.It is beneficial to the young women who need to preserve their uterus.更多还原
