【摘要】 本文报道142例以“隧道式”吻合法应用于食管贲门癌外科的消化道重建,其中男102例女40例,病变位于贲门部及下段食管67例,中段食管75例。病期属Ⅱ期29例(20.5％),Ⅲ期113例(79.5％)。吻合部位在主动脉弓上的80例(56.3％),在弓下的62例(43.7％)。手术死亡率为3.5％,术后发生2例吻合口瘘,其中1例为全剂量放疗后的手术患者,纠正后的吻合口瘘发生率为0.7％。康复之病例无1例发生吻合口狭窄和返流性食管炎。手术至出院的平均住院日期16.75天。本文对手术步骤和注意事项作了详细叙述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper reports 142 cases of digestive tract recoirstruction performedby "tunnel" esophagogastrostomy in esophageal and cardial carcinoma patients since 1983 including 102 cases of male and 40 cases of female 29 cases (20.5%) of stage II and 113 (79.5%) of stage III. Supra-aortic arch anastomosis were performed in 80 cases (56.3%) and 62 (43.7 % ) below the arch. The incidence of postoperative anastomotic leakage was 0.7%. Anastomotic strbture and reflux esophagitis were not occurred. The operative mortality was 3.5%. The average duration of hospitalization from operation to discharge was 16.75 days.The operative procedure and points for attention are described in detail; The operation is recommanded as a reliable method for digestive tract reconstruction in esophageal and cardial surgery.更多还原
