【Abstract】 This paper reports the results of observation of 28 cases of primary lung carcinoma by light microscopy and electron microscopy.The electron microscopic classification of those cases was compared with that of light micro-oscopic examinations according to WHO criteria (198l).The diagnosis was unchanged in 17 cases(60. 71 % ) and changed in 11 cases(39.29% ) after EM observations. The criteria and significance of EM diagnosis of lung cancer were discussed.更多还原
