【摘要】 本文报告了经手术及病理证实的39例肾肿瘤的声象图特征。其中恶性肿瘤35例,良性肿瘤4例。正确诊断率为94.9%。文中对肾肿瘤的诊断、分期标准及良恶性鉴别作了一定的阐述,并将超声显象诊断肾肿瘤的价值及其声象图与病理的联系作了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 UItrasonographic character in 39 cases of tumous of kideny proved by surgery and pathology was reported. Among them, malignant tumors occured in 35 patients and benign tumors in 4 patients.The diagnostic accuracy was 94.9％. Diagnosis of renal neoplasms,criteria of ultrasonographic staging and differentiation of benign and malignant were described. The value of sonography in diagnosis of renal neoplasms, and the features of ultrasonography and correlation with pathology were discussed.更多还原
