金属热磨损失效及相应对策

【摘要】 本文通过一些典型例子,从其形式、特点和机制来试图说明和解释金属热磨损失效的三种类型;热粘着磨损;热磨蚀磨损;热微动磨损。简要地谈及了国内外在热磨损所属的三个分支上的研究动态。根据O.Vingsbo的摩擦系统理论,从设计、材料、环境这三个角度来考虑探讨减少热磨损的相应对策。

【Abstract】 Three high temperature wear failure patterns, adhesive wear erosive wear andfretting wear, have been described by means of analysising their formations、fea-tures and failure mechanisms. According to O. Vingsbo’s tribological systemtheory, the system protective methods have been proposed by considering hightemperature tribological system’s design, materials omd environment.
