【Abstract】 By dissecting and observing to two pieces of failure dies, their structureshape change and thermal fatigue crack characteristics (path, shape, distribution)during the dies being used have been analyzed. The factors influencing thermalfatigue failure of the dies have been investigated in the materials and thehot-machining aspects, it will be available reference data to making the choiceof the materials for the copper alloy die cast elies and reforming their machiningtechnology.更多还原
