聚酰胺和聚醚聚氨酯辐射稳定性研究
STUDY ON RADIAION STABILITY OF POLYAMIDE AND POLYETHERURETHANE
【摘要】 尼龙—66这种聚酰胺是很好的工程塑料,有较高的辐射稳定性。在玻璃纤维掺入的尼龙制品中玻璃纤维与尼龙分子间存在一种特殊的化学键。本文研究了玻璃纤维掺入的尼龙66的辐射稳定性。结果表明这种化学键对材料稳定性影响很小。嵌段聚醚聚氨酯是一种新型的生物高分子材料,由于硬段聚酰胺存在,其辐射稳定性亦较高,但软段醚键降低了其辐射稳定性。实验结果表明在0.5MGy剂量下其辐射稳定是好的,再增加剂量就会导致聚醚聚氨酯分子量和力学性能的下降。
【Abstract】 Nylon resins which has high radiation stabilization in radiation process have been the most widely used among all engineering plastics. especially for the glass-reinforced hydrolysis resistant nylon. Segmented polye therurethane is a new kind of biomedical high molecular meterial the purpose of this work was to investi gate the effect of irrdiation on the mechanical properties of the both polymers,. The results showed that both polymers have rather high radiation stability up to 2.0 MGy the mechanical properties of GRZ mented polyetherurethane is lower than that of glass fabric bonded nylon; above 0.5MGy dose the molecular weight and mechanical properties were decrased.
