改性新酚模压塑料的研制

【摘要】 通过改性方法制得了具有优良耐热性能和工艺性能的改性新酚模压塑料,介绍了该塑料的改性与性能研究,不仅说明了此种塑料适宜于作为H、C级绝缘材料,而且还表明了利用改性方法能够大大降低新酚模压塑料的废品率及缩短后烘处理时间,可以达到改善制品质量和提高生产率的目的。

【Abstract】 The modified phenol-aralkyl moulding compounds with excellent heat-resistancd tand processability were prepaired by modified method. The Plastics modification an he property study were also presented in the paper Not only’has it been explai-ened that the plastics can be appropriate to the H and C grade of insulating materals, but illustrated that the reject rate of phenol-aralkyl moulding compound can greatly be decreased using modified method, and Post heating treatment time shortened, so as to attain the purpose of improving product quality and raising productivity.
