用快速定氧研究球化剂的脱氧脱硫过程

【摘要】 利用氧浓差电池快速定氧法测定了球化处理过程中氧含量的变化,定量地讨论了氧对球化处理效果的影响以及氧和硫的相互作用。研究结论是:氧对球化处理效果的影响大于硫,金属中氧降低了球化剂的脱硫率;含氧量的波动系造成球化效果不稳定的重要原因之一。

【Abstract】 By ripidly determining the changes of oxygen content in molten iron -with an oxygen probe during spheroidizing treatment. The action of oxygen on spheroidization effect ana the interaction of oxygen and sulphur were reseached quantitatively. It has been found that the action of oxygen on spheroidization was larger than sulphur The oxygen in molten metal reduces the desulfuration efficiency of spheroidizing agent.The fluctuation of oxygen content is inportant one of factors making the spheroidization effect unstable
