【摘要】 作者研制了用于高压造型生产铸铁、铸钢件的醇基涂料.该涂料采用石墨粉、铝矾土和锆英粉三种不同耐火填料,三种耐火填料配制的醇基涂料,均能满足涂料各项工艺性能要求,能使铸件表面粗糙度达到GB60601—85:Ra≤12.5μm,铸件表面光洁不粘砂.本涂料采用锂改性膨润土和助剂“D”使醇蒸涂料的悬浮稳定性在8小时内达90%以上,华晋机械制造厂高压造型线采用此种醇基涂料.改善了铸件表面质量消除了铸件粘砂缺陷.更多还原

【Abstract】 In high pressure moulding line the green sand moulds are used for cast iron and steel.In order to guarantee the surface quality of castings and eliminate defects, of adhering sand, spraying alcohol based coatings is adopted.Therefore we have developed three types of alcohol based coatings .their refractory fillers are graphite,alumina and Zircon.The requirements of techniques of mixing and spraying can be mst with the prescriptions for three coatings.The surface roughness of astings reaches GB6060.1-85:Ra≤12.5μm.The casting surface is smooth without adhering sand.The application of lithium ion exchanged bentonite and auxiliary agent "D" can, make the suspension stability of alcohol based coatings over 90% within 8 hours.It is high efficient suspension agent of low cost,without pollution and poison.The application of the alcohol based coatings in high pressure moulding line in the Jinhua machinery plant has improved the quality of castings.更多还原
