【摘要】 作者系统研究了低(差)压铸造用泡洙陶瓷过滤ZL201合金的充型和过滤工艺,并分析了过滤工艺参数影响充型速度及过滤效果的原因.

【Abstract】 In this paper a systematic study is made on the mold-filling and filtration processes under the condition that foam ceramic filters are used to filtrate the ZL201 alloy incounter-pressure casting.The effect of parameters of filtration on the mold-filling velocity and filtration efficiency is analyzed.
