大断面球墨铸铁球化剂的研究

【摘要】 作者采用模拟试验结合生产验证的方法,研制了大断面球铁专用团块球化剂,并使之达到商品化的程度.作者就镁、稀土、锑和钡等元素,对大断面球铁的石墨形态、机械性能和基体组织等的影响,进行了较系统的研究.结果表明:在使用工业炉料的情况下,用以镁为主要球化元素、加入钇基重稀土或再加入一些微量元素(锑、钡)的团块球化剂处理大断面球铁,能消除碎块形石墨.在φ270×400mm试块上取样,铸态性能达到QT42—10牌号.这种团块球化剂的主要成分为:Mg5~10%,YRE0.5~7%,Ba 0~1.7%,Ca 0~2%,Si<4.0%,余量为铁.

【Abstract】 The tablet nodulizer specially used in the heavy section ductile iron was studied by simulating test in laboratory and pouring ф270×400mm cylindrical castings in foun-dry. Theadvantages of the nodulizer and simulating test were evaluated. The effects of RE, Antimony and Barium on nodular graphite are investigated in this paper. The results show that the tablet nodulizer containing Magnesium,Yttrium,Barium and An-timony can eliminate chunky graphite and improve the mechanical properties. The main elemental coposition of this nodulizer is as follows: Mg5-10%,YRE0.5-7.0%, Ba 0-1.7%,Ca0-2.0%,Si<4.0%, ф270×400mm castings exhibit 435Mpa tensile shrength, 11.5%elongation as castings are produced with the nodulizer and 0.04%Sb.
