过氧化物和次氯酸盐对竹材除霉脱色效果的研究
STUDY ON THE RESULT OF THE DECOLORIZATION AND THE FUNGUS REMOVAL OF PEROXIDES AND HYPOCHLORITES ON BAMBOO MATERIAL
【摘要】 用木材中广泛使用的过氧化物和次氯酸盐等漂白剂对竹材进行除霉脱色试验证实:过氧化物和次氯酸盐对此同样有效。其中过氧化氢处理效果好,工效高,操作手续简便,脱色均匀,对环境不产生污染;其次是过氧化钠,次氯酸钠效果较差。竹材和竹制品的除霉脱色宜以过氧化氢为主。
【Abstract】 Hydrogen peroxide, sodium peroxide and sodium hypochlorite have effects of the decolorization and the fungus removal on discloured bamboo material with fungus. Among them, hydrogen peroxide is the best one and sodium peroxide is the second best, and sodium hypochlorite is not good. Tteating bamboo material with hydrogen peroxjde will bring about good febults, a high work efficiency, a simple operation and without environmntal pollutions, so the peroxide cail be extensively tised in bamboo production. Both methods of smearing and immersing can be applied to treat bamboo material with peroxides. The lotion dencity. City of smearing is higher than that of immersing. On the basis of our experiments, the proper lotion dericity of hydrogen peroxide is about 10%. The times and the quantity of smearing shoud be defined by the size and the thicklless of bamboo material and bamboo prodticts. It is better smearing repeatedly to make bamboo material cover totally with the lotion. If you smear only once, the work efficiency is higher but the result is not good. When immersing method is used, the lotion dencity of hydrogen peroxide is about 5-6%. A good result can be gained when immersing time Jasts 4-6 hours. Gellerally speaking, the pH value should be coiltrollcd in 9-11 whether smearing or immersing.
