【Abstract】 Qixue injection(QXI),consisting of Panax Ginseng,Astragalus membranaceus and Angetica sinensis, is a preparation for the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)according to the principleof"replenish the Qi(气)and promote the blood circulation".The experimental results showed:(1)The QXI could lower the oxygen consumption of guinea pig heart homogenate,(2)it was an uncoupling agent which could transform the ATP which was converted to"Heat"for warming the peripheral tissues and(3)it could also increase the formation of 2,3-DPG in healthy human RBC(in vitro)and there by improve their oxygen supply.The above-mentioned three pathways might account for the remission of the anoxia-induced symptoms of CHD patients.更多还原
