【Abstract】 The operative and non-operative comprehensive therapeutic efficiency of 35 (16 oper-ative and 19 non-operative) cases of small cell lung cancer is reported. The 1 year, 2 yearand 5 year survival rates are 75%, 31%, l2. 5% in operative group and 47%, 11%, 0% innon-operative group. The median survival time.is 15. 5 months and 11 months and thelocal recurrence rate is 8. 3% and 50% in operative and non-operative groups respectively.Our opinion is that operation followed by chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy for treatingpatients with small cell lung cancer is the method of choice because it might give more sat-isfactory efficiency.更多还原
