甜橙褐斑病与乙烯产生的关系

【摘要】 甜橙褐斑病在5℃较在2℃和7~9℃下发病更快,显示出中间温度效应的存在。低温可刺激甜橙果实内源乙烯的产生,外源乙烯处理可诱导和促进低温贮藏甜橙的褐斑病,除去乙烯则可减轻病害。 蒂部果皮是甜橙果实内源乙烯产生的主要部位,也是褐斑病的始发部位。甜橙果实在开始发病时,蒂部果皮中的乙烯浓度已达到20.6 ppm。

【Abstract】 The occurrence of "brown blotch" of orange fruits (Citrus sinensis cv Anliu)during low temperature storage and the role of endogenous ethylene in chilling-injury have been studied.Orange "brown blotch" occurred at 5℃ more frequently than at 2℃ or 7~9℃,which indicated an intermediate temperature effect. The tendency of "brownblotch" to occur in peel is related to the concentration of ethylene and the electricalconductivity of maceration extract of peel.The production of endogenous ethylene in orange could be stimulated by lowtemperature. Orange "brown blotch" could be induced and accelerated by ethylene treatment, and could be partially inhibited by ethylene absorbent treatment.Endogenous ethylene production occurred mainly in the stem-end portion ofthe orange peel, which is the starting point of "brown blotch". The concentrationof ethylene reached 21.6 ppm when "brown blotch" started to occur.It is considered that injury effect of low temperature and endogenous ethyleneis the main cause of "brown blotch".
