夏大豆品种抗豆秆黑潜蝇抗源鉴定

【摘要】 在1983—1985年,对南方4582个大豆品种进行了抗蝇性抗源鉴定。初筛时,于1983年8月和10月分别对2064个和3610个大豆品种进行测验。根据每品种10株的平均虫量,筛选出855个品种,连同新参加筛选的972份材料和感性品种,设立无重复的试区,于1984年8月再次进行筛选。将从第二次筛选出的219个品种于1985年设立了3次重复的试区,以虫量结合虫道进行鉴定,从中选出15个品种。这些材料可以供抗性机制和抗蝇育种研究之用。本文尚就叶柄的含虫量,主茎虫道长度与抗性分级标准的关系进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 Field assessment in 1983-1985, to determine the resistance of 4582 Southern soybean cultivars to the agromyzid fly, Melanagromyza sojae, were conducted.According to the X number of insects(maggots+pupae+pupal case) observed per 10-plants, 855 soybean cultivars were selected from the preliminary screening in 1983. These materials, in addition to 972 new entries, were planted with susceptible varieties in nonreplicated experimental plots in 1984. At this time 219 cultivars were selected and planted in a 3-replicated test plots in 1985. Finally ten cultivars demonstrated higher level of resistance to the insects were determined. These are now being used as materials for research on the machanisms of resistance and also the source of breeding into higher yield varieties hopefully with commercial value. The relationship between maggot number in leaf stalk, tunnel length on stems and the resistance categories were discussed.
