【Abstract】 This paper reports on material of 3 cases of mediastinal giant lymph node hyperplasia by the authors from 1984-1986. They Were all young and 18,24 and 34 years old,respectively. 2 of them didn’t have any symptoms and were discovered by health check up. The other one was discovered by X-ray because of cough for two months. All their chest films show a ellipse shadow, well defined 6-7 cm length in the right upper mediastinum. All of them were treated by surgical thorough excision. The diagnosis and treatment are mainly discussed in the paper.更多还原
