【Abstract】 Nasopharynged Carcinoma (NPC) is one of the most common malignancies in Guangdong provinice. High positive rate of VCA-IgA of EB Virus was found in the NPC patients. In order to facilitate the screening and diagnosis of NPC, the diagnostic kit for VCA-IgA were produced in our laboratory.In this paper the mathod of production and the use of the diagnostic kit was described. The kit was compared with that made in other laboratory in China. The positive rates using our diagnostic kit was similar to those using the diagnostic kit made by Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (now named Centr of Preventive Medicine), but lowes than those using the kit made by Shanghai Vacine and Serum Institute. The results suggested that the specificity the kit made by us is good.更多还原
