油菜花粉营养成分的分析

【摘要】 <正> 花粉是植物种质的重要代表,种子植物雄蕊产生的雄性生殖细胞。花粉不仅作为植物分类学上的重要标志,又是植物成分的浓缩库,油菜花粉是产量高,品种纯便于收集的一种蜂采花粉,常是营养食品和护肤用品中花粉的主要来源。

【Abstract】 Testing data of the nutritious constituent in the rape pollen after low temperature and shell ultrafined treatment are described.Test for the pollen of the Brassica campestris L. shows that the water content is 4.25%, the total oil content is 12.24%, after saponification, it is mainly in the form of unsatutated fatty acid; total amino acid content is 22.69%, ’free amino acid content is 1.06% in the pollen which the content is equivalent to 4.23% of the total amino acid. Vitamin A, D2, E, B1, B2, etc., contents were determinated, elements such as pb, Cr, Ni, etc., are less than 10 ppm. were determinated by atomic absorption spectroscopy.The results may be illustrated that this rape pollen containsrich nutritious materials and the detrimental elements and the residuals of the pesticide are not harmful to the human body.
