酸性磷酸酶法用于用高分子弹性体材料组织相容性的评价
ACID PHOSPHATASE ASSAY USED FOR THE DETERMINATION OF TISSUE COMPATIBITITY OF MEDICAL POIYMERS
【摘要】 本文将酸性磷酸醇(AP)法用于高分子材料组织相容性的测定。该法系将受试高分子材料植入家兔背部肌肉中,一周后将动物处死,立即取植入材料周围的组织作冰冻切片,按“萘酚AS-TR磷酸盐法(Ieder and Stutt)”染色,以显示AP活性。组织的AP活性升高与细胞溶解及组织破坏的程度相平行,可作为组织不相容性的指标。同时,此法还可得到受试材料在活组织中相容性的图象。因而作者认为本法是一种检测医用高分子弹性体材料组织相容性的简便、有效的方法。
【Abstract】 <ABSTRACT>In this report the Acid phosphatase (AP) assay was used for the dete-rmination of thissue compatibility of medical polymers. The polymer wasimplanted into the muscle of the back of a rabbit. One week after,the animalwas sacrificed and the tissue surrounding the medical material was taken forfrozen section. The section were stailled by the Naphthol AS-TR phosphate(Leder and Stutt ) method to show the AP actiyity. It was show that the inc-rease of AP activity in tissue is paralleled to the degree of cytodysis and tissuedestruction, so it can serve as a target of tissue uncompatibility, Meanwhile aclear picture, showing the compatibility of the medical polymer in the tiss-ue can be obtained. Therefore, the authors suggested that the AP assay isa simple and effective method for the determination of tissue compatibilityof medical polymers.
