放线菌618菌株发酵液防病应用试验

【摘要】 在华南地区稀有放线菌分类研究期间,从广州市郊土壤中分离到一株吸水链霉菌,菌株编号618。该菌株发酵液具有较广的抗菌谱,对引起广西柑、橙贮藏期果腐的指状青霉、白边青霉和短梗霉,以及引起十字花科蔬菜软腐的欧文氏杆菌,均有明显的抑菌活性。试验表明:发酵液对灵香草细菌性软腐病的防治效果,等于或优于200ppm链霉素。对柑橙防腐保鲜效果优于多菌灵。

【Abstract】 A strain (screening number 618) of hydroscopicus group of Streptomyces was isolated from the soil of Guangzhou. Fermentation broth of the strain was identified and found to have a wide antimicrobial spectrum. It was effective in preventing and controlling the storage diseases of citrus caused by Penscillium digitatum. Ayreobasidium ap. and the soft rot caused by Erwinis sp. It was also effective for controlling the soft rot of vegetables caused by Lyaimachis foenum-qrascum. When used in citrus storage, it was better than Ba vistin.
