【摘要】 <正> 动物包括鱼类的肝脏在机体中占有重要地位,它承担体内代谢、排泄和解毒等重要生理功能,最能反映机体的营养生理和病理状态.我们选用四种食性各有特点且具有一定代表性的经济鱼类的肝胰脏(hepatopancreas)进行比较组织学研究,以阐明其机能与结构相互作用以及变化规律,这对鱼类生理病理、环境污染以及进化遗传等研究均有一定参考价值.更多还原

【Abstract】 The detail microscopic structure of the liver and pancreas in four species of fresh-water fish (Cirrhinus molitorella, Carassius auratus, Misgurnus anguillicaudatus and Clarius fuscus)was investigated and compared with particular reference to their distribution and interrelationship. The classification of the form and structure of the hepatopancreas in these fishes is discussed and several assump tions in view of the biogenesis and evolution are proposed.更多还原
