【摘要】 自1985年3月～1986年12月,进行经 CT 引导细针穿刺吸引胰腺肿物35例细胞学检查。在18例胰头癌中,17例找到恶性肿瘤细胞,1例可疑恶性;11例胰体尾癌中,10例找到恶性肿瘤细胞,1例假阴性;6例炎症病变均未找到恶性肿瘤细胞。35例正确诊断33例,正确诊断率为94%。未发生任何并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 From March,1985 to December,1986,35 cases with masses of the pancreas were examined by means of CT guided percutaneous fine needle aspiration cytodiagnosis (FNACD).17 out of 18 pancreatic head carcinomas showed malignant cells.The other one was suspicious.10 out of 11 pancreatic body and tail carci- nomas showed malignant cells.The other one was false negative.6 inflammatory lesions were correctly diagnosed with FNACD.Among the CT guided 35 cases, correct diagnosis was obtained in 33(94%).There have been no clinical complications noted in our patients.更多还原
