【摘要】 本文应用杂交瘤细胞技术,获得5株对人源产毒性大肠杆菌不耐热肠毒素（H-LT）单克隆抗体（McAb）细胞株,它们分泌的抗体属IgG₁亚类。应用平板免疫溶血试验检测抗体的效价和特异性,其用H-LT抗毒素作对照,证明检测人源产毒性大肠杆菌二者结果一致,而对猪源产毒性大肠杆菌单克隆抗体无交叉反应,可用H-LT单克隆抗体作临床诊断试剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Five selected hybridoma cell lines producing monoclonal antibodies against heat-labile enterotoxin from an E.coli strain of human origin (H-LT) were established.Their secreting monoclonal antibodies were identified as IgG1 subclass.The monoclonal antibodies and H-LT antienterotoxin,a positive control ol,were tested for their efficiency and specifity using plate immune hemo-lysis assay.Results showed that both monoclonal antibodies and H-LT antienterotoxin possessed specifity for identification of the heat-labile enterotoxin from an E.coli of human origin,while the former showed no cross-reaction with the heat-labile enterotoxin from E.coli of porcine origin.Thus,the H-LT monoclonal antibodies were recommended to be used in clinic as a diagnostic agent.更多还原
