【摘要】 本文报告我院外科1984、1～1985、12对238例普外科病人,进行血浆AT-Ⅲ水平测定。AT-Ⅲ异常水平为蛋白含量<21mg/dl;高于33mg/dl;功能活性低于69%,高于110%。69例正常组检测结果为AT-Ⅲ蛋白含量为27.33±3.88mg/dl,功能活性为86.4±17.2%。AT-Ⅲ水平测定可作为判断血栓、栓塞性疾病严重程度的一个指标。有助于对DIC等疾病的早期诊断,治疗和预后观察更多还原

【Abstract】 Plasma antithrombin III in 238 cases of general surgical patients were measured in our hospital from 1984 to 1985. The abnormal level of antitrombin III is lower than 21mg/dl or higher than 33mg/dl in protein content, lower than 69% or higher than 110% in functional activity. The normal levels of antithrombin III measured in 69 healthy persons were 27.33 + 3.88mg/dl in protein content and 86.4+17.2% in functional activity..
