新疆昭苏野生油菜花粉形态扫描观察

【摘要】 本文报道16份新疆昭苏野生油菜的花粉粒扫描电镜观察结果。花粉粒呈球形或近球形,直径约为22-27/μm,依不同材料而异,极面观为三裂辦。表面为网状纹饰,其网胞、网孔、网脊形状依材料不同而有差异。具三条萌发沟,其沟宽和深浅程度不一。三条萌发沟在极面上多不交会而形成大小不等的沟界极区。沟内均布有颗粒状或胶状的活性蛋白物质。上述形态特征归纳为花粉粒形态比较表,依其不同程度可分为四个类群。

【Abstract】 Sixteen varieties of wild rapeseed pollen grains of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were observed under the scanning electron microscope. The wild rapeseed pollen grain is generally spherical or nearly spherical, about 22-27 μm in diameter. The surface of the pollen grain is ornamented with reticulation. Both the sizes of the pollen grains and the lumen and the shape of murus are different with wild rapeseeds. There are 3 germinationg colps, also varied in depth and width in different wild rapeseeds, and do not counect each other on the polar face and therefore, the apocolpium is formed. There are many granular and colloidal substances on the colps. Based on the results of the investigation, the 16 varieties wild rapeseeds might be divided into 4 groups.
