改进小麦育种方法的探讨

【摘要】 本文提出配制小麦杂交组合的三个步骤:首先将亲本归类,其次确定杂交模式,最后按亲本选配的一般原则选择亲本纳入杂交模式。关于分离世代小麦杂种材料的选育主要有系谱法、集团法和派生系统法等3种方法。本文对在此基础上演化出来的若干种不同形式的选育方法进行了评述。最后本文扼要地介绍了格子试验、移动平均数等用于不同育种阶段的小麦杂种材料的测产方法,并对目前区域试验的做法提出了改进意见。

【Abstract】 To classify the parental materials into different catagories based on their unique or distinguished character complexes and to select the appropriate crossing models depending upon various breeding objectives, followed by picking the proper parents into the models according to the general principles of choosing parents for crossing are helpful to guar. antee the success of the wheat breeding programme.Pedigree method, mass selection sometimes with artificial or mechanical selections in addition, and method of F2 derivative lines are the three main patterns dealing with the handling of the segregating wheat hybrids. Various methods evolved from these basic selecting systems have been mentioned and evaluated in this paper.As for the preliminary yield trials, lattice designs and the moving mean method are introducedbriefly in this paper. The yields of the varieties in two independent, randomized completeblock desings can be compared through the common check varieties, when too many varieties need to be tested. Unreplieated plots for multi-site yield testing are proposed as a suppl ementary practice for the wheat regional yield trials.
