温度对茶毒蛾黑卵蜂生殖的影响
EFFECT OF TEMPERATURE ON THE REPRODUCTION OF Telenomus euproctidis Wilcox
【摘要】 本文主要研究了不同温度条件对茶毒蛾黑卵蜂成蜂存活率、产卵量和子代性比的影响,以及成蜂在极端低温和高温下的死亡问题。对该蜂的繁殖利用有现实意义。
【Abstract】 The effect of temperature was studied on the parent longivity, fecundity and progeny sex ratio of Telenomus euproctidis Wilcox, an important egg parasite of Euproctis pseudoconspersa Strand. Results showed that high temperature significantly reduced the parent survival rate and its fecundity. The mortalities were 50.0%, 40.7%, and 4.6% for 31°, 26°, and 22℃, respectively 11 days after emergence, and as high as 93.1% for 36℃ 5 days after emergence. Total mean progenies for a female were 121.6, 199.6, 83.6, and 4.3 for 22°, 26°, 31° and 36℃, respectively, suggesting that 26℃ was optimum for oviposition. No significant differences, however, were noted in the sex ratio of progenies.
