【Abstract】 In this report,the regulative effect of the rabbit antiidiotypic antibodies against anti-HBs was studied in BALB/c mice.All antibody preparations were absorbed to alumina gel to increase immunogenicity,nine groups of BALB/c were treated with anti-idiotypic antibodies,IgG from nonimmunized rabbits,rabbits anti-human IgG,or HBsAg,and their sera were assayed for anti-HBs response 14 days after the final inje-ction,statistical method is based on a single-factor analysis of variance.It was shown:(1)no anti-HBs was detected in mice injected with control antibodies preparation,(2)In the mice receiving two injection of anti-idiotypic antibodies or preimmune anti-idio-typic antibodies prior to HBsAg,the quantity of anti-HBs can be compared with themice given two injection of HBsAg(P>0.05),(3)injections of anti-idiotypic antibodiesalone in the eighth group of mice generated a significantly higher quantity of anti-HBs when compared to mice inoculated with two HBsAg injection(0.05>P>0.01). The result confirmed he research work of Kennedy that anti-idiotypic antibodies against anti-HBs can be function as the internal image of HBsAg.It is worth to further study the idiotype networks and regulation of the immune response in the field of HBV infection,especially,it can serve as vaccine of HBV.更多还原
