肋软骨老化的生物化学研究
Costal Cartilage with Aging: A Biochemical Study
【摘要】 <正> 氨基多糖(GAG)是骨及软骨组织中的主要化学组成之一,在有机质中所占的比例虽小,但有较大的重要性,近几年来日益受到重视。为此,我们选用了氨基己糖、糖醛酸等指标,比较成年与未成年肋软骨中GAG组成及其浓度的变化。
【Abstract】 20 mature rabbits over 9 months of age, 16 immature rabbits below 3 months,and 42 rabbits of six various age groupe were studied. The samples of costal cartilageswere measured biochemically for hexosamine, galactosamine and uronic acid in orderto observe the age change in glycosamino-glycan (GAG) of the ?ages. Theresults showed that the content of GAG in immature group was signifi?tly higherthan that in the mature group. The level of total GAG gradually dec?sed with ageand chondroitin sulfate revealed the same trend during aging. The obs?ation suggestednot only the content of GAG but also its composition vary in the process of growth.development and senescence.
