机械加工表面多孔管(E管)蒸发器与低肋管蒸发器的整机试验研究
EXPERIMENTAL TEST OF MACHANICALLY FABRICATED POROUS SURFACE TUBE EVAPORATOR AND LOW FINNED TUBE EVAPORATOR
【摘要】 本文介绍国内首次将机械加工表面多孔管(E管)用于大型空调机组前的整机试验。文章首先概述了近年来提出的四种关于多孔表面强化沸腾传热的机理和这次整机试验的社会背景。并报道了以氟利昂-12为工质的在2F10标准制冷量为14000千卡/小时的压缩机组中进行的E管蒸发器与低肋管蒸发器的整机试验结果。结果表明,E管用于制冷机组的满液式蒸发器十分合适,在设计工况下运行,与低肋管比较,热流密度提高36%,可节省换热面积26%左右。根据多孔管强化沸腾传热的机理及试验结果的分析,提出了有别于常规低肋管蒸发器结构设计的有益意见。整机试验结果为把这种管型用于大型制冷与空调机组的满液式蒸发器提供了设计依据。
【Abstract】 This paper is a fild experimental report of the application of mach- anically fabricated porous surface tube in a flood evaporator.Firstly, four different boiling mechanisms on the porous surface suggested in recent years and the industrial back-ground of this experimental study are summarized. Field experimental results with Freon-12 as boiling liquid are then reported.The experimental results show that theporous surface tube are very effective for flood evaporator of Freon.They can increase the heat flux by 36% than that of a conventional low finned tube at the same designning conditions,or reduce the heat exchange surface by about 26%.A modification of the design ofthe flood evaporator has been made based onthe analysis of these experimental results and the heat transfer mechanism. The field experimental results have provided a basis for the design of flood evaporators of large air-conditionning machines.
