【Abstract】 A significant number of patients undergoing Miles Operation may develop vesico-urethral and sexual dysfunction. Pelvic splanchnic nerve injury is considered tobe partly responsible for this disturbance.The authors observed and measured theorigin, branch number, length, transverse diameters and location of the pelvicsplanchnic nerves on 40 sides of male adult cadavers.
