链霉素及庆大霉素产生菌低温保存的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了两种产生抗生素的放线菌种——链霉素和庆大霉素产生菌低温(-196℃)保存的方法,讨论了在保存过程中的降温速率、复温速率以及抗冻剂等对保存效果的影响,经低温保存后的菌种,其菌落形态、孢子结构均无明显可见的变化,存活率大于90%,摇瓶结果优于砂土保存方法。

【Abstract】 Two antibiotic P roducing strains, streptomycin and gentamicin, were tested for cryopreservation methods at-196℃ as reported in this paper. The preserved strains was being treated by both different freezing and thawing rates and with different cryo-protective agents. Re-ults showed that morphology and spore constitution of the bacterial colonies did not have any changes. The surviving rate of the strains were higher than 90%, and the two producer strains’ activities in shake flask tests using cryopreservation method were proved higher than those of soil preservation method ones.
