高效液相色谱法分离测定抗生素2488

【摘要】 本文报道反相高效液相色谱法定量测定抗生素2488和日本进口柱晶白霉素组分含量的方法。色谱柱是MICROBORE C18,移动相是甲醇-1/15M乙酸钠缓冲液(54/46),紫外229nm波长检测。本法可使柱晶白霉素A1,A3~A9等八个组分和两个未知成分获得良好分离。定量结果表明,抗生素2488的六个有效成分A1、A3~A7的总量与进口柱晶白霉素接近。

【Abstract】 This paper dealt with a quantitative method for determination of Antiliotic No.2488(home-made Leucomycin) and Leucomycin (made in Japan) by reversed-ph-ase high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatography separation was performed with MICROBORE C18 column and mobile phase consisting of ,a methanol -1/15 M sodium acetate buffer (pH 4.9),at a ratio of 54/46 v/v. The detective wavelength 229nm was used.By using this method, leucomycin A1, A3A9 and two unknown components were separated. The results have shown th .t six effective components A1, A3A7 of antibiotic No. 2488 accounted for 80 to 95% to the total content which was comparable with the imported leucomycin.
